Isn't it amazing that every year, just when the season is over, the bands hit the "<I>doldrums</I>" and don't have enough the keep their minds active.</div> <bR> <div>      Easy answer................<B><U>Everyone</U></B> take a hand in teaching the "<I>new faces</I>".</div> <bR> <div>      Take a look at this recent photo from 2004. Certainly the band has suffered because of the departure of teenagers to colleges and universities, but this is bound to happen on regular basis. The majority will return to where they were happiest.</div> <bR> <div>      NB.
