Scott Phillips

"Scottie" is a busy student these days and as part of his study course, he was on a placement in Englandshire..... Scott wasn't stuck for a band though, as he soon became a busy member of the West Midlands Police Pipe Band.  I have attached some recent photos.

     The big up to date news is that Scott has now moved full circle with the departure of the Arbroath Pipe Major to Australia. Scott has now been appointed Pipe Major of his "Mother Band" and Arbroath Royal British Legion.
