Broughty Ferry Pipe Band
This is a band I have little information on.

I was aware that the Band wore the Lamont Tartan and that the Pipe Major was David Stewart Senior.

His twin sons are still both involved in the Pipe Band world with Jack now a Piping member of the City of Brechin Pipe Band and years with the Forfar Burgh Pipe Band.  David is a side drummer with the MacKenzie Caledonian Pipe Band in Dundee.

I have recently been contacted by Alan Kinloch who Piped with me in the MacKenzie Caledonian in the 1960's and it turns out he was a playing member of the Broughty Ferry in 1953 when they held their practices in North Street Hall, Dundee.

Come on now.........MORE INFORMATION!
